Shipping and Delivery Policy
Free shipping :
- We offer free shipping to all governorates of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Delivery duration :
The delivery period is determined according to the governorate as follows:
- Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria:
Within 3 to 4 business days from the shipping date
- Delta and Northern Governorates:
Within 3 to 5 business days from the shipping date
- Upper Egypt Governorates:
Within 7 business days from the shipping date
Cancellation policy :
- In case of product return or exchange processes, the customer holds accountable to all applicable shipping costs if benefited from the company’s free shipping offer when getting the product at the first place
- In addition, in case of online payment via VISA / MasterCash, an expense of (2% + 5 EGP) will be deducted from the value of the device and the amount will be refunded within 14 days. In case of payment via FAWRY, Vodafone Cash, Etisalat Cash or Meeza, an administrative expense of (1.5% + 5 EGP) will be deducted from the value of the device.
Note: Shipping time is calculated from the date of order confirmation and release for shipping.
